amres is a real estate trust company (with LFid authorisation) established in September 2021 to bring a breath of fresh air and thus become a new partner with its own independence.

The vision is to bring quality and added value to the entire territory in which it works.

Founder is Matteo Franchini, 35 years old, born and raised in Ticino. After studying economics and gaining initial experience in the real estate sector, he decided to leave for London. He then extended his experience first in French-speaking Switzerland and then in German-speaking Switzerland, where he actively returned to the real estate sector at the beginning of 2017. In 2018 he returned to Ticino with an important professional, linguistic, and cultural background and realised his desire to open his own business to improve services in the sector.
